RETURN OF GOODS AND CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

1. The customer, who is a consumer according to the Consumer Protection Act, has the right to cancel the contract and return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving them, provided that the goods are in impeccable commercial condition, with undamaged packaging, no signs of use, and with all accompanying documents, accessories, and gifts, if any.

2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

• Goods made to order
• Goods which, due to health and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned after opening
• Goods that have been mixed with others and cannot be separated

3. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Seller will refund all paid amounts within 14 days by bank transfer, after receiving and reviewing the returned goods.

4. If the returned goods do not meet the conditions of point 1, the Seller has the right to charge compensation or refuse to accept them.
